Heavy-Duty Speaker Wall Mounting Brackets 2/PK Improves sound by elevating your speakers. Great for surround speakers. No unsightly suspension systems - the brackets are hidden from view. Easy to install - all you need is a screwdriver and a drill. Each bracket set supports a speaker weighing up to 50 Lbs. The interlocking brackets will not slide. The brackets measure 3-3/4" inches wide. Includes brackets and twelve 1-1/2" inch wood screws for mounting two speaker cabinets. Instructions for attaching a bracket to the back of your speaker: Using one of the brackets as a pattern, mark two holes on the back of your speaker. Drill two 1/8" (32mm) diameter holes as marked. Note: Remove the back panel from the speaker cabinet before drilling holes. If the back panel can not be removed use extreme caution while drilling holes so as not to damage your speakers. Fasten one bracket to the speaker with two wood screws provided. See figure 1. Instructions for attaching a bracket to your wall: Select a mounting site. Note: Try to find a solid wood backing. Using one of the brackets as a pattern, mark four holes on the wall. Drill four 1/8" diameter holes as marked. Fasten one bracket to the wall with four wood screws provided. See figure 2. Hang the speaker. Includes: Four bracket pieces to mount two speaker cabinets. Twelve wood screws. One instruction sheet. WARNING: The woodscrews provided may pull out of sheetrock or wall paneling without a wood brace. They might also pull out of thin speaker panels or perforated particle board. See the back of the instruction sheet for alternate fasteners (not included) that you can use with these brackets. Note: There are some discoloration spots on the nickel plated finish.
